Team Highway 2000 East-West was once again elated to participate in the Sigma Run held on February 18th, 2024.
A team of over 95 persons participated for the landmark Legacy run where all levels of fitness could run, walk, or wheelchair themselves to victory across the finish line. The TransJam Group have always been strong supporters of the positive social fabric fostered at such events and have been proudly participating in the event since 2012.
A key calendar event for our Corporate Social Responsibility engagements for philanthropic support to deserving social agencies in Jamaica, it also allows employees to share a moment of respite in an atmosphere filled with excitement and camaraderie outside of the more formal work environment. Spouses and children were also invited to be a part of the day where inclusivity is the mantra. Our active participation in the Sigma Run exemplifies our commitment to our corporate social responsibility and the well-being of our employees. By joining hands with the community, The Group not only showcased its dedication to making a positive impact but also demonstrated that success is not only measured in financial terms but also in the positive contributions made to society. This event serves as a testament to the company’s values and its ongoing efforts to be a responsible and engaged corporate citizen.
