TransJam Highways has introduced a new way for T-Tag customers to add funds to their accounts. Customers may now use the popular messaging application, “WhatsApp” to conduct top-up transactions.
T-Tag users are encouraged to save the T-Tag WhatsApp number, 876-355-3336, and then send a message to the number whenever they want to top up. Customers can also view their T-Tag account balances through the same WhatsApp number.
The introduction of WhatsApp top ups is another step by TransJam Highways to increase the level of convenience they offer to their customers.
Customers who do not yet have a T-Tag may purchase one at any time of day from a Toll Collector as they travel through any manually operated toll booth on TransJam Highways.
About the T-Tag: The T-Tag allows customers to pass through the quick automated express lane (T-Tag lane) at any TransJam Highways toll plaza. The toll rates for drivers of Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles using the T-Tag lane are lower than the rates for drivers who use the manually operated lanes. T-Tag customers driving Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles also enjoy their 10th trip through any one toll plaza free each week, and each trip after the 10th within the same week is discounted by 10%.
